Serris Reim is an entrepreneurial project launched in 2016 in the form of an asset management company, a private structure owned by its directors and financially independent of any reference shareholder (bank or other...).  

Serris Reim supports investors in short-, medium- and long-term property investment transactions that generate stable, secure cash flow and offer strong potential for value enhancement.  

The company currently manages a portfolio of properties on behalf of its clients (private, institutional, family office, etc.) in France and abroad, covering all property investment segments: offices, retail, logistics, business activities, industrial, etc. Serris Reim's fundamental strengths are based on three main pillars: independence, experience and expertise. Independence through the ownership of its founding partners and directors, experience through its operational team and expertise through the global offering it provides.  

Having integrated the full range of investment, asset and property management services, Serris REIM provides global asset management and a comprehensive service to its customers:  
- Acquisition (identification of investment opportunities, acquisition audit, definition of risk profile, determination of acquisition price, study and implementation of tax, legal and financing structuring, etc.)
- Asset Management (implementation of the business plan, marketing, technical monitoring, regular reporting, etc.)
- Property Management (management and administration of assets and companies, relations with tenants and managing agents, etc.)
