Henri has over 25 years of experience in Portuguese and international real estate, including residential, commercial and resort development, special situations and distressed portfolio workout as well as direct real estate investment and management.  Henri has been a self-made entrepreneur from an early age but has also consulted to, and worked with, several international real estate companies and investors throughout his career.  Henri is fluent in several languages including Portuguese and English.

Cathal is a partner at Kish Capital (www.kishcapital.com).  Prior to Kish, Cathal acquired and operated several businesses on his own behalf and was Co-Head of European Technology and Communications at BancBoston Capital, a principal private equity investor.  Cathal previously worked for General Atlantic Partners, Summit Partners and Cowen & Company in New York and Boston.  Cathal has a BComm International from University College Dublin.

Armando has been active in the Portuguese real estate market over many years and across all asset types including development, retail, office, industrial and logistics, car parks and hospitality, and across all functional areas including project management, marketing and leasing, operations, investment, and capital markets/ finance.  Armando started his professional career in the banking sector.  He has a degree in Economics from Porto University and studies in law from Universidade Católica.
