Head of Portugal

Eric is the Partner in charge of Cushman & Wakefield’s Lisbon office and has overall responsibility for the agency and professional departments. In addition Eric is involved with investment and retail development. As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Board from 2007 to 2012 he chaired the local boards of the firm’s offices in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Greece. He is currently a member of the firm’s European Executive Committee.

Head of Transactional Services

Paulo Sarmento is an International Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. He heads the 13-strong Capital Markets team in Lisbon and is also a part of the International Capital Markets team in London.

With more than 22 years experience in managing international real estate retail development, investment and management, Paulo´s specific focus and expertise has been in the areas of retail and mixed-use development, retail leasing, property management and asset management.

Head of Valuation & Advisory

Ricardo Reis is a Partner and Head of the Valuation & Advisory Department of Cushman & Wakefield in Lisbon and works especially on assignments for national and international clients and for investors in the Portuguese market.

His professional experience has seen his involvement in many major valuations for investment and pension funds, valuations for privatization purposes, development reports for tourist developments amongst others.

Head of Asset Services

Bruno Silva is a partner and responsible for the Asset Services department in the Lisbon office. The department currently manages 40 office buildings and 5 shopping centres, occupying a total in excess of 400,000 m2.
