Global COO

Global COO - CBRE Global Investors

Andrew Glanzman is the Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, he assists and supports the Global Chief Executive Officer in the overall management of CBRE Global Investors and works closely with the regional and business unit COOs to oversee the day-to-day operations. Mr. Glanzman is also a member of the Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.

Mr. Glanzman joined CBRE Global Investors in 2010 and initially served as a Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer for CBRE Capital Partners, where he was involved in all aspects of the business and oversaw the asset management and realization of investments totaling approximately $770 million. He subsequently served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, where he had overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Americas business.

Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. Glanzman was an attorney in the Private Investment Fund group at the law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where he focused his practice on private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate and securities transactions.

Mr. Glanzman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

Global General Counsel

Pasha Zargarof is Global General Counsel for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, he is charged with overseeing the firm’s global legal department, which provides legal and transactional support to the firm’s worldwide operations. Mr. Zargarof serves on the firm’s Global Investment Committee and Global Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CBRE Group in October 2004, Mr. Zargarof was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions representing various private equity funds, multi-national corporations and financial institutions.

Mr. Zargarof earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. He holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Global CFO

Ian Zieger is Global Chief Financial Officer of CBRE Global Investors. Mr. Zieger is responsible for the corporate finance and accounting function for the global enterprise and is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2011, Mr. Zieger began his career in the real estate industry at CBRE Group, Inc. in 2007, as a member of the corporate finance and accounting group within the Americas reporting segment. Prior to that, Mr. Zieger worked in the audit practice in Deloitte’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Zieger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California – Los Angeles.

Chief Operating Officer- Real Estate

Gill Roantree is the Chief Operating Officer of CBRE Global Investment Partners. Based in London, Ms. Roantree’s role is to coordinate all financial matters within the CBRE GIP group, including financial and investor reporting, the structuring of funds and segregated mandates, currency hedging and fund administration, as well as conducting financial and tax due diligence on potential investments. She is a member of the CBRE GIP Executive Committee.

Ms. Roantree has over 25 years' experience in the funds industry, of which the past 13 years have been focused on real estate. She joins from Mayfair Capital, a UK property fund manager, where she was COO. Prior to that, she was with Schroders as COO of the real estate investment division based in Jersey before returning to London, which included direct real estate funds, fund of funds and real estate securities predominantly domiciled in Luxembourg, the UK and Jersey. Ms. Roantree has a strong background in fund establishment, structuring investment solutions for clients, financial operations, compliance and corporate finance.

Ms. Roantree is a Qualified Accountant and holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance.
